This is Me – A Special Education Teacher and Blogger
Hi! Welcome to my blog. My name is Bethany. I am happily married to my wonderful husband. I’ve been an educator for 8 years now. Teaching both Special Education and K-8 Literacy based on the Science of Reading. I have an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts, a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech & Hearing Science, a Master’s Degree in Special Education, and my Intervention Specialist Mild to Moderate K-12 teaching license. I am also a member of the Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education. My favorite things to do include reading, watching TV, camping, swimming, crafting, baking, and of course teaching. I have taught Elementary, Middle, and High School, but Elementary is my favorite. This education blog is a new venture for me, but I’m excited to see where it leads me.
